Deaf Dog Ink are pleased to announce that we're having a fundraiser event for Crisis Nursery Saint Louis!

The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery provides a short-term, safe haven for nearly 4,000 children a year, birth through age 12, whose families face an emergency caused by illness, homelessness, domestic violence or overwhelming parental stress. All services are completely free and voluntary The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is also a recognized leader in the prevention of child abuse and neglect in the region through the provision of a safe haven for children and premier services to families.

We want to help support their incredible work for the community with a benefit fundraiser on Saturday, September 28 from 11am till 8pm. We'll have raffles, prizes, food and drink and more! We'll also be offering discounted pre-drawn flash tattoos (from $60-$100) with proceeds going to the charity. As part of our donation drive we'll also match donations with a Deaf Dog Certificate.

Crisis Nursery are always in need with donations too, especially for the following:

• Summer and Winter Children's Clothing for Boys and Girls, Sizes 2T through Youth 14/16
• Unscented, Fragrance-Free Baby Wipes
• Diapers, Size 4, 5, and 6
• Pull-Ups, Size 2T/3T, 3T/4T, 4T/5T, and 5T/6T
• Commercially Produced Kids' Snack Foods (Chips, Cookies, Fruit Snacks, etc.)
• Children's Craft and Activity Kits
• Kids' Movies-DVDs or Blu-Rays
